Operations Supervisor Calgary North Animal Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our hospital team. Reporting to the Hospital Manager, the successful candidate will be working alongside the Leadership team to manage the daily operations of the hospital. You will be passionate about providing leadership to our team to ensure they are able to deliver superior client service and quality medical care. The role will require strong organizational and administrative skills to meet hospital deadlines and related goals. ~Medical office (human or companion animal) experience would be an asset. ~ Accounting: following up and monitoring payment of invoices, contacting clients to discuss payment terms/options (accounts receivable). ~ Training: current hire training, client service training, administrative process training and additional training as required for Associates. ~ Leadership
