Camrose Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Home Care team. Reporting to the Care Manager, Camrose Home Care in the role of Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing quality care to clients in the community. You will interact with the team and client/family to coordinate care planning. Through the development of the care plan you will ensure services are provided and modified on an ongoing basis or as needed. The successful candidate will play a key role in timely and appropriate referrals to stakeholders as relevant and/or provide direct care as needed. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities and populations, while taking necessary steps to ensure their safety and well-being. In your role, you will utilize nursing processes, through critical thinking, problem solving and decision making, as well as teach, counsel and advocate on behalf of patients and their families. You will play a leadership role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion and maintenance. You will provide protected, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values. PLEASE NOTE: Provisional Permit holders will be paid $40.76 to $55.79 per hour. Upon obtaining a full practice permit, the rate of pay will be adjusted to the applicable Registered Nurse rate in accordance with UNA Article 25.02(b)(i) or (ii), as applicable. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support

This is a Regularized Relief Position so requires flexibility to the provided rotation to allow for the expected coverage for pre-booked Vacation and Education relief, etc. Actively integrates Patient and Family Centered Care principles into practice. Competence in relevant technical nursing skills and a willingness to learn new skills as required. Minimum one (1) years community nursing experience. Experience with Meditech, Care Manager, Microsoft Office and general computer skills. RAI-HC training.
