We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future. The Quality Assurance Analyst plays an key role in our software development process, designing and executing tests across complex, multi-component systems. Reporting to the Manager, IT Solutions & Quality Assurance,

key responsibilities
include: Review requirements and design documentation to identify test conditions, potential gaps, risks, and appropriate test coverage. Create and maintain comprehensive test cases based on business and technical requirements. Perform testing across complex, multi-component systems, including functional, regression, integration, and non-functional tests, as requested. Test integrations and APIs, including SOAP web services and REST APIs. Investigate, reproduce, document, and track software defects reported internally or externally, providing clear information to support resolution. Validate defect fixes through retesting and appropriate regression testing. Collaborate with Business Analysts,



Developers, other QA Analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure appropriate test coverage and quality. Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field combined with 3-5 years of software testing or quality assurance experience. (Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Experience testing SOAP web services and REST APIs. Ability to deliver quality documentation & reports – status reports, test plans, test cases, bug tracking reports and risk assessments. Experience with test automation tools or frameworks, including creating, executing, or maintaining automated tests is an asset.
