Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Receiving and Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the critical inbound and outbound operations at their facility in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all goods entering and leaving the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse receiving and dispatch procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing workflow, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. This is an on-site position requiring a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence in Kimberley . You will be the key point of contact for these vital warehouse functions. Manage the workflow of incoming shipments, including unloading, inspection, and put-away. Oversee the preparation of outgoing shipments, including order picking, packing, staging, and loading. Ensure accurate recording of all inventory movements in the WMS.



Conduct regular checks on inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management. Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff involved in receiving and dispatch. Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory control and transportation, to ensure smooth operations. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a specific focus on receiving and dispatch. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse environment. Solid understanding of inventory management, WMS, and shipping/receiving procedures. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for warehouse operations in Northern Cape . Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office. High school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in logistics or a related field is a plus. Competitive salary package.
