O&B; Blue Mountain at The Westin seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team in a premium ski village setting. You will drive menu development, maintain outstanding quality, and collaborate with Front of House to create a memorable guest experience.

You will manage budgets, forecast costs, control labour, and mentor staff to deliver consistent excellence and growth.

This full time role requires availability evenings, weekends and holidays.
