Lead Cargojet ramp and flight operations through protected loading, cargo handling, and clear team direction. Work across aircraft, trucks, and warehouse activities.

This Lead Hand role focuses on maintaining on-time flight performance across Cargojet operations. You will organize and brief Operations teams, delegate Ground Handler duties, and oversee warehouse and ramp productivity. The work includes communicating with Management, Cargo Movement Control, customers, and load planners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and brief teams for safe aircraft and truck loading
- Delegate Ground Handler duties and oversee staff productivity
- Complete operational paperwork, audits, and daily reports
- Provide timely information to management and load planners
- Assist aircraft loading, cargo handling, warehouse, and customer service

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of Air Cargo Operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License, RAIC, and AVOP
- Computer literacy and exceptional organizational skills
