We’re looking for a driven Store Manager to lead store performance, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll own sales results, champion operational excellence, and foster an engaging, customer‑first culture.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team through ongoing training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive sales by executing business strategies, promotional initiatives, and effective merchandising plans.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and analysis of variances to achieve targets.
- Build robust customer relationships to understand needs and enhance service delivery.
- Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink control programs.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail or customer‑focused environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a proven ability to recruit, hire, and train high‑performing teams.
- Customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Expertise in sales growth, merchandising strategies, expense control, shrink reduction, and brand differentiation.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and drive operational excellence.
- Passion for board games, pop culture, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Energetic, outgoing, and motivated personality that thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour

This is a replacement position.
