Lead HSE compliance and incident management at Graham’s Cold Lake IOL Project on a five-days-on, two-days-off schedule.
As Senior HSE Coordinator, you will support the Services Division and report to the Senior Regional HSE Manager. Your work will help deliver projects safely and compliantly through HSE leadership, regulatory compliance, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure personal and team adherence to HSE standards
- Support Project Managers with HSE MS implementation
- Upload and investigate incidents in Graham’s system
- Review regulations, client requirements, and emergency protocols
- Compile HSE data and maintain audit documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma and college or technical diploma
- Three to five years in safety or related fields
- Health and Safety certification or designation is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office and online reporting software
- Transparent background check and pre-employment testing
