Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Flamos Crew Members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the heart of our restaurant, ensuring smooth food preparation, excellent customer service, and effective cash handling. If you love working in a fast-paced food industry setting and enjoy creating positive experiences for guests, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring correct transactions and balances.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures.
- Assist customers with their orders, provide friendly service, and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,



and kitchen spaces in accordance with sanitation regulations.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking seamlessly.

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is advantageous.
