Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food preparation tasks.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while managing the Micros POS system efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective customer service techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, coordinate with kitchen staff for food preparation, and manage serving duties seamlessly.




- Follow all sanitation procedures, proper food handling practices, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering and order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $17.60-$28.34 per hour
