Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, towels, and other hotel textiles. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering a comfortable and pristine experience for our guests while maintaining effective laundry operations across our properties.

Responsibilities

- Operate industrial laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold linens and towels efficiently
- Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to prevent damage
- Ensure all laundry is processed according to safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, including equipment and workspaces




- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed
- Follow proper handling procedures for delicate or special items to preserve quality
- Assist with general cleaning duties in the laundry facility as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel laundry or cleaning services is preferred
- Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
