- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, including checking quantities and SKUs.
- Monitor and coordinate incoming containers and assist with unloading.
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Organize inventory and ensure products are properly stored.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and communicate with warehouse staff.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Experience with receiving, container unloading, or order picking is an asset.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including standing and lifting.
- Basic computer skills; Mandarin is required.
