The Olive Branch - Charcuterie Bar is expanding and we are looking for individuals to join our dynamic culinary team as a Cook/Kitchen Hand, where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation by chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients.
- Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Help with food handling and storage in accordance with food safety regulations to prevent contamination
- Operate basic kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Support serving staff by preparing garnishes or assisting with plating when needed
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications





- Previous food service experience or kitchen work is preferred; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper hygiene standards
- Hospitality or restaurant experience, including meal preparation is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
