Metro Supply Chain needs a senior finance leader overseeing annual business planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. You will consolidate Business Unit submissions, assess risks and opportunities, and translate operational results into executive recommendations.

The work spans FP&A;, capital budgeting, scenario analysis, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial planning
- Develop integrated projections covering income, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Coordinate enterprise capital budgeting and investment forecasting




- Deliver monthly variance reporting and executive performance narratives
- Improve planning processes, controls, systems, and stakeholder adoption

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years in FP&A; or corporate planning
- Five or more years leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Experience with enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Advanced Excel and Power Point proficiency with planning platforms
- Bachelor’s degree; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
