As one of Saskatchewans largest used Automitive dealers we are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and foster a positive workplace. Your leadership will inspire team members, optimize sales and selling strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Manage daily operations such as cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure smooth transactions
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store visibility in the community
- Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive team management
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to promote a cohesive team environment

Qualifications





* Automotive Sales or Finance Experience is Required *

- Proven supervising or management experience in retail or related fields with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, sales management, and retail sales techniques
- Proficiency with sale paperwork, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and purchasing procedures
- Strong math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, and staff training & development
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
