Job Summary

As a Frozen Food Clerk, you help keep frozen products available, organized, clean, and appealing for customers. You support daily store operations through attentive service, careful merchandising, and routine department upkeep.

Responsibilities

- Stock and arrange frozen food products, rotate items, and maintain clear, orderly displays.
- Assist customers with product questions, provide courteous service, and support retail sales and cashiering as needed.
- Clean and maintain freezers and surrounding areas, follow store procedures, and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
- Use organizational and communication skills to coordinate tasks with colleagues; operate a forklift when needed and trained to do so.
- Your impact: Well-stocked, tidy displays help customers find products and help colleagues serve them efficiently.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, customer service, organization, cleaning, and merchandising capabilities support secure, orderly department work and helpful customer interactions. Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, bilingual communication, familiarity with routine maintenance, and forklift operation skills can strengthen your contribution to the team.

Pay: From $16.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
