About the opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, polished, and organized Sales Office Concierge to welcome visitors to our pre-construction townhome sales office in Niagara Falls.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, real estate agents, and other guests. Your role will be to create a welcoming experience, keep the reception area running smoothly, and support our sales team with appointments, visitor registration, and day-to-day administration.

This is a customer-facing position for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicates professionally, and can stay organized when the office gets busy.

What you’ll do

- Greet purchasers, real estate agents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Register visitors and accurately enter their contact information into our database or CRM.
- Notify sales representatives when appointments or walk-in visitors arrive.
- Coordinate appointments and help manage visitor flow during busy periods.
- Answer incoming calls and general email inquiries, directing questions to the appropriate team member.
- Provide approved brochures, floor plans, and other sales materials.
- Keep the reception area, meeting spaces, and sales displays tidy, organized, and ready for guests.
- Prepare information packages and ensure marketing materials and office supplies remain stocked.
- Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the team during sales launches, open houses, and special events.




- Handle visitor and purchaser information with care and discretion.
- Refer questions about pricing negotiations, contracts, and purchase terms to the appropriate sales representative.

What we’re looking for

- A welcoming personality and a professional approach to customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
- Confidence answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing several requests at once.
- Comfort using email, calendars, Microsoft Office, and basic computer systems.
- The ability to learn our registration process, project information, and office procedures.
- A reliable, punctual team member who takes pride in keeping the office presentable.
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, retail, or office administration.
- Real estate, new-home sales office, or pre-construction experience is an asset, but not required.
