WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strong candidate will bring a combination of:
- Automotive technician experience
- Automotive aftermarket/performance experience
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and common sense
- Creativity and an open mind when there isn't an obvious solution
- The ability to work independently without constantly being given the next task
- Pride in doing things properly the first time
- A strong work ethic and willingness to pull your weight
You don't need to know everything. Nobody does. But you do need a strong skill set and the desire to keep learning.
Around here, nobody is too important to sweep the floor, take out the garbage, help another tech or do whatever else needs doing.

We're a performance shop, so a little personality helps too. You need to be able to work hard, have some fun, take a joke and work as part of a team. If you're easily offended, this probably isn't the place for you.
