Journey Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep is currently looking to hire a full-time Express Lane Advisor to work in our Mopar Express Lane

This is an introductory service advisor position with opportunity to advance into the main shop over time.

Our Express-lane Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work, selling recommended or required services to customers and interpreting information from the Lube Technicians to advise customers as required. Our team members work closely with each other in a very positive and supportive environment to provide exceptional customer service.

What We Are Looking For:

- Dealership experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service skills with retail customers




- Sales experience is an asset
- Mopar experience an asset
- CDK experience is an asset
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and be organized
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality is vital
- Wage based on experience

Valid drivers license is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
