About Kreative Angle

Kreative Angle is a Canadian digital marketing and web agency helping small and mid-sized businesses grow online. We build websites and run SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Ads and Meta Ads for clients in every industry, from construction and professional services to health, tourism and nonprofits.

We're growing, and we're looking for a driven salesperson to bring new clients through the door.

The role

You'll find, pitch and close new clients for Kreative Angle's marketing and web services. This is a commission-only, independent contractor role: you set your own hours and work from anywhere in Canada, and your earnings are uncapped.

Our team handles proposals, onboarding and delivery once a deal closes, so you can focus on selling.

What you'll sell

- Website design & development: from $2,500 / project
- SEO: $450 / month
- Social media management: from $350 / month
- Email marketing: from $350 / month
- Meta Ads management: $350 / month + ad spend
- Google Ads management: $250 / month + ad spend
- Website fixes & maintenance: $250 / month

Most services are monthly retainers, and many clients buy more than one, so a single good deal can pay out for months.

Compensation

You earn commission on every client you close, with no cap on earnings.
- Website projects: 15% of the project value, paid once the client's payment clears
- Monthly services: 10% of the monthly fee for the client's first 12 months, paid monthly as the client pays
- Top-performer rate: close $2,000 or more in new monthly retainers in a calendar month and you earn 15% instead of 10% on that month's new retainers
- Lifetime residuals: after the first year, you keep earning 5% of the monthly fee for as long as the client stays with us
- Ad spend is excluded; commission is on our management fees only

Example earnings

- $2,500 website: $375
- SEO + Meta Ads ($800 / month): $960 in year one, then $480 every year after




- Website + SEO + social ($2,500 + $800 / month): $1,335 in year one, then $480 every year after
- Top-performer month with $2,400 in new retainers: $4,320 in year one, then $1,440 every year after

Close four retainer clients a month and you'll be earning from 48 active accounts by the end of your first year, with residuals that keep paying as long as those clients stay.

Responsibilities

- Prospect for recent business through outreach, networking, referrals and your own contacts
- Run discovery calls to understand each prospect's goals and challenges
- Match prospects with the right Kreative Angle services
- Present proposals and pricing, handle objections and close deals
- Hand new clients off smoothly to our delivery team
- Track leads and follow-ups in our CRM
- Represent Kreative Angle at local business and networking events when it suits you

Who we're looking for

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling services, marketing or advertising
- A proven record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Comfortable with cold outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your own pipeline
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain marketing value in plain language
- An existing network of small business owners is a strong asset

Nice to have: familiarity with SEO, paid ads or social media marketing, and experience with a CRM.
