We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer needs, and resolve issues will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with customers and provide accurate information.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.




- Value add products and services when appropriate to meet customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Ability to go between both Orillia locations if needed.

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Robust communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience with Service techniques is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 40.0 per week

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
