WE'RE HIRING – LICENSED AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS (AME M2)

Location: Trenton, Ontario
Position: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – M2
Contract Start: January 2027

Morson Edge is currently recruiting experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (M2) for an exciting contract opportunity in Trenton, ON.

We are looking for skilled aviation maintenance professionals with heavy aircraft experience to join an established maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform aircraft inspections, maintenance, repairs, and modifications in accordance with approved procedures.
- Troubleshoot and identify mechanical and technical issues.
- Certify completed maintenance work within authorized privileges.
- Report unairworthy conditions and service difficulties.
- Utilize calibrated tools and testing equipment.
- Assist with aircraft marshalling, fueling, and towing.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Support the organization's Safety Management System (SMS).

Qualifications:

- Valid Transport Canada AME M2 License.




- Previous maintenance experience on heavy aircraft.
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, including:
- Engine/Airframe Interface
- Environmental Control Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Hydraulic Systems
- Fuel Systems
- Flight Control Systems

Security & Eligibility Requirements:

- Eligible for registration under the Controlled Goods Program.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
- Must meet applicable U.S. ITAR requirements.
