Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, treatment goals, preferences, and areas of concern.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that promote relaxation, recovery, pain management, and overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records and treatment documentation.
- Educate clients on massage therapy benefits, self-care techniques,



and appropriate follow-up treatments.
- Create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience for every client.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with professional standards.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through exceptional service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other clinic professionals to support a comprehensive approach to client wellness.
- Actively contribute to growing and maintaining a loyal client base through excellent service and client retention.

Qualifications

Required:

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation with a recognized massage therapy association.
- Minimum 2,200 hours of recognized massage therapy education.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Ability to provide receipts for eligible extended health benefit claims.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach to client care.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional standards.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative clinic environment.

Preferred:

- Previous experience working in a spa, wellness clinic, or multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Established client base or demonstrated ability to build and retain clientele.
- Experience with therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, or other specialized massage techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and client assessment practices.
- Interest in holistic wellness and complementary aesthetic services.
