Im a single mom looking for a patient, reliable babysitter for my 7-year-old daughter, Alayna. She has ADHD and speech and language difficulties that make communication challenging. She experiences very intense emotions and sometimes prolonged meltdowns, so she needs extra patience, supervision, and consistency.
Experience with children with additional needs is a big plus. French fluency is mandatory. We speak French exclusively at home, and Alayna understands very little English. Im currently on medical leave and need extra support. Im mainly looking for help after school with her routine and on weekends. Im hoping to find someone dependable who can build a trusting relationship with Alayna and provide meaningful support for our family.
