Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engage current and potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Manager will collaborate with internal team members to align content with marketing goals and immigration services, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure all messaging is accurate, compliant, and client-focused.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and refine engaging digital content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, audiences, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), analytics tools, and basic graphic or video content creation is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are preferred.
- Knowledge of the immigration industry or professional services marketing is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
