We are building a passionate, energetic foundational team to help us launch this new location successfully and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our clients.Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Beauty Product Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Superhairpieces, helping customers discover exciting new beauty products, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring our brand-new storefront looks immaculate. Whether you are an experienced beauty advisor or someone with a deep passion for the beauty and hair industry looking to break into retail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm welcome, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized beauty and product recommendations.
- Store Setup: Assist the team with initial store setup, visual merchandising, and ongoing stock replenishment to keep shelves beautiful and fully stocked.




- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on hair and beauty trends, product features, and in-store promotions to confidently answer customer inquiries.
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handle cash and card transactions, process returns, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, displays, and tester stations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- A deep enthusiasm or passion for the beauty, hair, or cosmetics industry.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty environments is preferred but not required—we provide product training!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to easily build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work a flexible part time schedule, including weekends or holidays depending on store needs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong asset due to our location's demographics.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
