Bee-Clean Building Maintenance is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our team at Tillsonburg Town Centre Mall. This position combines the roles of both a cleaner and supervisor, please be aware that cleaning duties are required for successful candidates.

In addition to cleaning, duties include:

- Scheduling staff and submitting timesheets to the office
- Maintaining equipment
- Ordering supplies
- Delegating tasks to staff
- Following up with staff if direction or correction is required
- Overseeing property to ensure clients needs are being met
- Being the on site contact for the client
- Communicating regularly with Area Manager

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) is required

The right candidate will be an organized, reliable, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people and is comfortable in a role managing others.

Cleaning experience an asset, but not required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
