- Investigate vehicle accidents, property damage, or site incidents alongside management, handling corrective actions when necessary.

- Maintain flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies or cover mobile patrol and alarm shifts if needed.

Must Haves

- At least two years of supervisory experience in security or a related operational field.

- A valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license in positive standing (driver's abstract required).

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), TrackTik, and scheduling software such as WinTeam.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor staff and handle disciplinary situations professionally.

- Ability to drive, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in various traffic and weather conditions.

Nice-to-Haves

- Prior operational experience within a mobile security department.

- Post-secondary education in business, law enforcement, or a related field.

- Experience conducting interviews, teaching, or facilitating employee training.

- Working knowledge of vehicle GPS tracking tools and DashCam software.
