Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $21 ~$22 per hour depending on experience

About Us

ARVO Wellness is a modern multidisciplinary wellness clinic located in Brentwood, Burnaby, offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, and other wellness services.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable a Physiotherapy assistant & reception assistant to join our team.

This role primarily involves front desk operations, patient coordination, and administrative support, along with assisting our physiotherapy team with basic clinical tasks under the supervision of a physiotherapist.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and respond to patient inquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
- Process payments and insurance direct billing
- Assist with ICBC claims and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records using Jane App
- Assist physiotherapists with patient preparation, treatment room setup, and equipment preparation
- Support prescribed therapeutic exercises under the direction of a physiotherapist
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment




- Perform other administrative and clinic support duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of previous work experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic is required.
- Previous experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant or a background in Kinesiology is strongly preferred.
- This position is intended for experienced candidates, as only minimal training will be provided.
- Kinesiology students are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience with Jane App and insurance direct billing is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable working with patients and healthcare professionals
