Mobility" is a fundamental pillar of our Dealer network, as it empowers each Dealer to advance based on their potential and ambition, transitioning from smaller to larger stores. The Changeover process is the manner by which Dealers buy and sell inventory and assets from one store to another as part of the mobility process. Working in partnership with the Changeover Committee, the Managers also contribute to the development and implementation of Changeover strategies, policies and practices, working collaboratively with the Manager of Changeover Capabilities.
