Thrive Freight System is seeking an experienced and reliable Team Driver for dedicated reefer work across USA and CANADA. This position offers steady, long-term work with a dedicated truck and bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. The Team Driver will be responsible for safely transporting refrigerated freight while ensuring on-time deliveries and full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently for dedicated reefer freight
Transport freight across Canada and cross-border when required
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
Ensure freight is secured and temperature-controlled at all times
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and deliveries
Follow all traffic laws,
safety regulations, and company procedures
Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL/AZ) with a clean driving record
Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
Must be eligible to cross the Canada–US border
Experience with refrigerated trailers is an asset
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and reliability
