We are looking for FPT CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinists for our Windsor, Ontario facility. This position is focused on machining large fabricated weldments and precision components on FPT Horizontal Boring Mills. The ideal candidate will have experience with boring, drilling, tapping, keyway machining, precision setup, blueprint reading, and maintaining tight tolerances on large-scale components. Must be available to work any shift and relocate or reside in the Windsor-Essex region.

Required Experience

- CNC Horizontal Boring Mill experience
- Experience machining large fabricated weldments
- Precision boring and line boring
- Large-hole drilling and tapping operations
- Keyway machining
- Blueprint and GD&T; interpretation




- Experience holding tight tolerances (±0.001" or better)
- Fanuc, Tosnuc, and/or Fagor CNC controls
- Setup and operation of large workpieces using overhead cranes

Preferred Experience

- FPT Horizontal Boring Mills
- Toshiba Horizontal Boring Mills
- Kuraki, PAMA, Fermat, or similar HBM equipment
- Large die set, tooling, or steel fabrication machining
