Shift: Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

About the Opportunity

Fuze HR Solutions is currently recruiting 6 experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators on behalf of a leading logistics and supply chain provider in Vaughan, Ontario.

Our client specializes in high-volume order fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution services across North America.

We are looking for reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious individuals to join their Flex Program, supporting warehouse operations across multiple locations based on business needs.

Important: Associates will have a primary reporting location at Stone Ridge Road, Vaughan, but must be willing and able to travel to other company facilities when required to support operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate MHE equipment, including Reach Truck, Walkie, and Dockstocker.

*
Perform order picking, put-away, replenishment, loading, and unloading.

*
Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.

*
Support daily warehouse operations at different company locations as required.

*
Maintain productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

*
Complete daily equipment safety inspections and report any concerns.

*
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

*
Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized work setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

*
Valid MHE certifications for Reach Truck, Walkie, and Dockstocker.

*
Minimum 6 months of recent hands-on experience operating each required piece of equipment.

*
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environment.

*
Must be flexible and willing to work at different company locations based on operational requirements.

*
Reliable transportation to travel between assigned facilities.

*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

*
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability.

*
Ability to work the scheduled afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.

*
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

*
Applicants with work permits must have at least 3 years of validity remaining, as specified for this assignment.

Student applicants are not eligible for this assignment.
