Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bridge Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to ensure accurate execution of project plans.




- Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope promptly.

Requirements

- Proven experience in bridge building.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control measures, budgeting, and estimating practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$48.89 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 70.0 per week
