Our client is building a new northern BC operation and is looking for an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join the team from the ground up.

You’ll operate a modern fleet of boom trucks and Liebherr rough-terrain and all-terrain cranes on industrial, resource, and infrastructure projects throughout the region.

Key Duties

- Operate mobile cranes and boom trucks on varied job sites.
- Complete heavy and specialized lifts.
- Support shutdowns, scheduled projects, and emergency call-outs.
- Perform equipment inspections and maintain accurate job documentation.
- Work safely in remote locations and changing northern conditions.
- Communicate effectively with rigging crews, customers, and site personnel.

Requirements

- 3+ years of mobile crane/rigger experience.
- Valid BC Crane Safety certification; Red Seal preferred.




- Class 1 or Class 3 licence with air brake endorsement.
- Minimum 5 years of Class 1 driving experience.
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging, and protected lifting practices.
- Industrial/resource-sector crane experience.
- Safety-focused and able to work independently.
