Overview

Front of House Staff welcome guests and support smooth, attentive service in a hospitality setting. The role combines guest services, serving, cashiering, and coordination with colleagues to create a clean, organized, and positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, answer questions, take orders, and provide friendly customer service throughout their visit.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, to process orders and payments accurately; handle cash and complete basic math.
- Support food preparation and serving, follow food handling and food safety practices, and maintain sanitation in guest and service areas.
- Manage time effectively, communicate guest needs to kitchen colleagues, and suggest suitable menu items when helpful. Your impact:

Experience

Required: Bring explicit communication, customer service, basic math, time management, and careful attention to food handling, safety, and sanitation to daily duties. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, serving, cashiering, or hospitality experience is helpful, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cash handling, food preparation, guest services, and thoughtful upselling.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
