Edwards & Sons Complete Property Maintenance Inc. is seeking skilled and reliable Equipment Operators to join our Snow Removal Crew for the upcoming winter season. If you have experience with heavy equipment or snow removal and want to be part of a supportive, family-oriented team, we want to hear from you!

Positions Available

- Tractor Operators- New Holland T6

Job Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Be available on-call 24/7 from November 1st to April 15th
- Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and crew members during snow events
- Accurately record hours worked and snow removal services completed on timesheets or job logs

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of snow removal or heavy equipment operating experience (required)
- Ability to work long or irregular hours in winter conditions
- Reliability, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic
- Demonstrate equipment competency during the interview process
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop is preferred; arrangements may be possible for the right candidate

- Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal
- Pay Range: $28.00–$35.00 per hour
- Additional Pay: End-of-season bonus and standby fee (based on experience and performance)
- Schedule: On-call, nights, weekends, holidays as required
