As a cannabis​ Retail Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them choose suitable products, and keep the sales floor organized. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment through attentive service, explicit communication, and dependable teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend products, including technology options when appropriate.
- Demonstrate product features, explain choices clearly, and use thoughtful upselling to support informed purchases.
- Process transactions using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math during cashiering.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and manage time effectively while balancing customer service and store tasks.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, customer service,



retail sales, basic math, POS use, and accurate cash handling are practical capabilities for assisting shoppers and completing transactions. English proficiency supports clear customer interactions. Preferred: Retail or technical sales experience, product demonstrations, merchandising, and cashiering experience are valuable; bilingual or multilingual abilities, phone etiquette, organization, and time management can further strengthen service.
