Is Hiring an Electrical Foreman We are seeking a full-time licensed Electrician (309A) to join our Construction Team in a Foreman role. Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical crews on construction sites to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets quality standards. Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks, ensuring crew members follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures. Perform inspections and quality checks on electrical installations, troubleshooting complex issues and providing guidance to team members. Ensure all work complies with the ESA, company policies, and relevant safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, time sheets, safety records, and project progress updates. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and crew members to coordinate work, resolve issues, and provide technical guidance. Mentor and train electricians, apprentices, and helpers to develop skills and maintain high standards of workmanship.



Identify potential safety hazards or operational challenges in office and implement corrective actions to maintain productivity and safety compliance. Valid 309A Electrical License. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in the Construction Industry preferred. Skilled in reading and interpreting Electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Solid understanding of ESA regulations, Ontario Electrical Code, and workplace health & safety standards. Basics of Supervision Training, First Aid Certificate, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms, WHMIS Training required upon hire. Full-Time, Permanent Position Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as Needed Additional overtime opportunities may be available in line with project needs.
