Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized beauty consultations and professional skincare recommendations.
- Perform a variety of facial and beauty services, including brow waxing, tinting, lash lifting, facial treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing (training provided).
- Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and home-care routines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Recommend products and services to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.




- Work collaboratively with team members to create an exceptional client experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum one year of education and/or experience in esthetics, makeup artistry, or a related beauty field preferred.
- A genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics, and the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Strong sales skills and confidence recommending products and services.
- A reliable, punctual, and self-motivated individual.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in ongoing training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
