AYA Medical is looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help strengthen our brand, grow our digital presence, and support the continued expansion of our business across Canada.

This role will focus heavily on brand development, social media, content creation, digital marketing, and sales support. The ideal candidate understands how to create a consistent brand presence, produce engaging content, and communicate effectively across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Development

- Help develop and maintain a strong, consistent AYA Medical brand across all marketing channels.
- Ensure brand messaging, visual identity, tone, and positioning remain consistent.
- Assist in developing individual branding strategies for the technologies and manufacturers represented by AYA Medical.
- Create marketing concepts that clearly communicate product differentiation and competitive advantages.
- Help develop campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and position AYA Medical as a leader in the Canadian medical aesthetics industry.
- Maintain brand standards across social media, presentations, brochures, events, advertising, and digital materials.

Social Media

- Manage and grow AYA Medical's presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and educational content.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.




- Monitor trends within medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, and digital marketing.
- Engage with followers, customers, clinics, and industry partners professionally.
- Track social media performance and provide regular reporting on engagement and growth.

Content Creation

- Create professional photo and video content featuring equipment, treatments, clinics, physicians, trainers, and events.
- Develop educational and promotional content for both customers and potential customers.
- Write captions, marketing copy, email campaigns, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Edit short-form videos for social media and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate customer testimonials, before-and-after content, treatment videos, and product demonstrations.
- Assist in organizing content days with clinics, physicians, trainers, and industry partners.

Digital Marketing

- Assist with digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Support email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Help maintain and improve website content and product pages.
- Support SEO and online visibility initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
- Assist with marketing automation, CRM initiatives, and lead nurturing where required.

Sales & Event Support

- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support lead generation and equipment sales.
- Create product presentations, brochures, comparison materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Support trade shows, workshops, conferences, demonstrations, and customer events.
- Promote events through social media, email,



and digital advertising.
- Help coordinate product launches and national marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or brand development.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, and digital advertising.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience creating and editing photo and video content.
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Wix, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales, management, and external partners.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, medical devices, or luxury brands would be considered an asset.
