Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Flexibility: Must be available to work the afternoon shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM) when needed.

Job Overview

We are hiring a reliable and motivated Team Lead with co-packing or packaging experience to supervise daily operations and support the production team. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and able to make good decisions while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support team members during daily packaging operations.
- Assign tasks and ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor product quality and packaging standards.
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Train new employees and provide guidance when needed.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and workflow.




- Communicate with management regarding production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with packaging duties when required.

Requirements

- Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience is required.
- Co-packing or packaging experience is required.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, organized, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work afternoon shifts when needed.

Pay: $18.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

- team lead: 2 years (preferred)
- Packaging : 1 year (preferred)
