Job Responsibilities

- Package, label, and prepare glass products for storage or shipment according to company procedures.
- Inspect finished glass products for visible defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Handle glass products carefully to prevent damage during packaging and handling.
- Assist with wrapping, stacking, organizing, and securing glass products for transportation.
- Use hand tools and drills as required for packaging and production-related tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report quality issues, damaged products, equipment concerns, and other production-related problems to the Lead Hand.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production workplace.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.




- Experience using hand tools and drills is an asset.
- Previous experience in the glass industry is an asset but not required.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg), with appropriate training and safe handling procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.
