Job Summary

The Event Manager coordinates events from planning through delivery, creating organized, welcoming experiences for guests while keeping teams aligned, schedules on track, and budgets in view. The role brings together hospitality, marketing, guest services, and customer service to support smooth event operations and positive guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Plan event timelines, coordinate logistics, and communicate clear updates to colleagues, vendors, and guests.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate arrangements, and monitor spending to support well-organized delivery.
- Coordinate guest services and hospitality, respond to customer needs, and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.
- Support event promotion through marketing activities and organize on-site details to keep service running smoothly.

Experience

Required: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with practical ability to coordinate event details, manage budgets, and support guest services and customer service. Preferred: Experience in event-related marketing, hospitality, negotiation, or upselling, along with restaurant or hotel experience that helps you anticipate guest needs and contribute confidently to event operations.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
