The Personal Lines Insurance Broker is responsible for developing client relationships and providing customized insurance solutions. This role involves assessing risks, researching policy options, negotiating with underwriters, and ensuring client satisfaction. Manage and service an established Personal Lines portfolio.
Prepare quotes, process policy changes, and oversee renewals with a high level of accuracy. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the policy and claims process. Contribute to a professional and supportive office environment. Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance and a solid understanding of Saskatchewan's insurance market is strongly valued. Saskatchewan insurance license (Level 1) or eligibility to obtain. Strong product knowledge across home, auto, tenant, seasonal, and rental insurance. Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. CAIB or CIP coursework or designation considered an asset. This role is based in our Saskatoon office and requires in-person attendance. Occasional travel for client meetings or industry events may be required.
