Job Summary

As a Starbucks Supervisor, you’ll guide daily café operations, support the team, and help create a welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll coordinate service and food preparation while maintaining safe, organized work practices.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coach team members during shifts, coordinate tasks, and support smooth handoffs.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, follow food-handling and food-safety practices, and help keep the kitchen and service areas organized.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash accurately, and support customer service by responding to questions and resolving concerns.
- Help with interviewing and onboarding, monitor service needs, and communicate updates to colleagues. Your impact: coordinated shifts help customers receive friendly, timely service.

Requirements

Required: Practical leadership,



team management, customer service, POS operation, cash handling, and safe food-handling capabilities are important for guiding shifts and supporting café service. Preferred: Supervising, food service, restaurant, kitchen, food industry, hospitality, or serving experience; cooking, Micros POS, interviewing, restaurant management, bartending, hotel, or barista experience can also support success in this role.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
