Job Overview

Converter Man Limited is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented worker to join our factory production team. Duties include assembly line work, spray painting, and inspecting parts coming off the production line. We provide training in our painting and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

- Perform assembly line and general production duties.
- Prepare and spray paint parts according to company procedures.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and report any defects.
- Regularly lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to consistently lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.




- Spoken and written English skills sufficient to understand instructions, follow safety procedures, and communicate inspection findings.
- Ability to work well with others and keep pace with production.

Schedule

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Pay & Benefits

- Starting wage of $25.00 per hour.
- Benefits after three months.
