Job description

Service Coordinator required to help support our Experts in the field, our clients and assist with the various administrative duties required for a mechanical service company. We are a dynamic and progressive company looking for enthusiastic individuals to participate in our continued success. This position allows the right candidate to work from home.

We require a person with the following:





· Confidence

· Read, write and speak English

· Ability to work from home

· Superior time management skills

· Excellent customer service, ability to manage and communicate

· Comfortable with software, applications and communication over multiple platforms

· Handle entire team of service experts

· Great stress management in a high paced setting

· Smart and quick decision making

· knowledge of the lower mainland

· Fast and focused data entry, detailed and accurate, both numerical and alphabetical

· telephone skills and multi-tasking

· experience in dispatch or mechanical trades is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
