About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience overseeing daily kitchen activities — from menu creation to ordering and execution. Initially this will be a seasonal role, but we are hoping to make it year round in the next year.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and create menus that align with our concept and seasonal availability

- Manage food ordering, inventory, and kitchen supplies efficiently

- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards

- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality

- Support a culture of teamwork, creativity,



and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience running a kitchen , including menu creation and ordering

- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Solid problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and quality
