Job Overview

As a Rigger, you’ll support safe, coordinated lifting and material handling by preparing rigging equipment, assisting with load movement, and communicating clearly with colleagues and customers. The role calls for practical judgment, attention to equipment, and a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

- Inspect rigging gear and lifting areas, identify concerns, and report issues before work proceeds.
- Attach and secure loads using appropriate rigging methods, following site procedures and directions from the lift team.
- Assist with crane, boom truck, or forklift operations when assigned and qualified, maintaining clear communication throughout each lift.
- Coordinate deliveries and customer requests, keeping work areas organized and sharing timely updates with colleagues.
- Follow all company safety procedures.

Experience

Required: Construction experience, clear communication, mechanical awareness, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures are essential to supporting coordinated load handling. Rigging specific training available for suitable candidates.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
